Jettribe products have made appearances in TV shows and movies in the past. Check out the opening scene in the "Baywatch" movie. Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson saves a swimmer in Jettribe shorts. Plus, TV shows like "Animal Kingdom" by Warner Brothers Studio Burbank,California, have been known to sport Jettribe products.

Jettribe's history with Larry Rippenkroeger goes back over 20 years. Our friendship dates back to the early 90’s jet ski racing scene. Larry is an accomplished and respected writer, producer, and stunt coordinator in the movie industry for multiple decades. Some famous projects that Larry has been involved with were "Waterworld" with Kevin Costner, "Die Hard" with Bruce Willis, and the ESPN Show.

Larry would often visit with us at the old Jettribe headquarters in Moorpark, California (45 minutes from Hollywood) and talk about his dream movie project. Now his dream has become a reality.

Jettribe is proud to be the Exclusive Apparel Partner of “Hot Water: The Movie” which will be premiering soon. The story follows a young jet ski racer with dreams of competing on a pro level jet ski tour. Action, humor, and drama are all a part of this movie, just like a normal day at the race site. Everyone who sees this movie will witness Larry’s deep personal commitment to his true passion for the watercraft sport. Not only will mainstream viewers get to see how truly awesome this sport is, but worldwide a new generation will be inspired to learn how they can become a pro jet ski racer.

Jettribe is thankful that our long term friendship with Larry has led to our official involvement as the Exclusive Apparel Partner of “Hot Water.” We are beyond excited to see the gear and apparel that we have put our personal passion into show up on the big screen. Thank you again, Larry, for your friendship - we are very proud of you!
