UR-20P Black Out Vest | Custom Options | Comfort EVA Foam | Comp PDF Life Vest

The main feature of a UR-20 Series Vest is the incorporated pre-molded foam in the front and back of the vest. Instead of forcing a flat piece of EVA foam to wrap around a rider’s body, the pre-formed mold adds the ultimate in flexibility to conform to the rider’s chest and back.

This is a Competition Level Vest (for closed course racing and private recreation). While it has been SGS Buoyancy Tested, it does not include USCG Certification. Please know your local regulations regarding vest requirements.

Product Features Include:

The UR-20 Side-Entry Vest utilizes ink fusion technology, instead of traditional silkscreen ink. Plus, our foam second process is heat and pressure compression, which allows us to take a 4-inch EVA foam panel and compress it down to a 2-inch thickness. This process allows for a lighter and more comfortable race vest with maximum flotation. This is a competition level vest for closed course racing or private recreation. USCG Certification is not included.

Color Kit Option ($34.99 each):

The vest can be customized with a Black Out Color Kit. The kit includes a new name plate, front and back TPR Rubber logos, and lanyard loop in one of 6 colors. Customize the look of your vest to match your ski or your personal style. Each Kit is sold as a set. Custom name/number printing is an additional charge ($40).

Customized Name Plate Print Option ($40 Option):

The vest includes a grey incorporated name plate. We offer the option of ordering customized white vinyl lettering (sold separately) that are heat-transferred directly on the back name plate. Show off your Name and Race Number from your local training spot, all the way to the Lake Havasu World Finals. Available in Standard and Moto Fonts.
